All Pre-Prepared Papers (packets as describe below) will be turned in on by 12/9.
A complete packet includes, in this order, and stapled:
Penalty point sheet on top, followed by
Scoring rubric, followed by
Statement of Assurances, signed (biggest penalty), followed by
The actual paper

Finally, know that for all paper events, the Executive Summary is the only portion of the actual paper that is scored, while the remaining portion of the rubric is determined from the presentation. And, the Executive Summary is the tie breaker.
